Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and here at horticure we strive to keep flexible with you.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact us 12 hours before your appointment. You can either request to reschedule or cancel your appointment by emailing us at hello@horticure.com with either “Reschedule” or “Cancel” in the subject line.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the original appointment time with no penalty.

  • If you reschedule with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 20% of your booking fee.

  • If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your booking fee.

  • If your plant specialist is not available for your booking you will not be charged.
